Johanna was appointed the CEO of Atlantic Airways in 2015. 

Previously she was the CEO of the shipping and logistic company, Faroe Ship (2006-2015) owned by Icelandic Eimskip. She started her carrier as a sales manager for Faroe Seafood in France (1994-1998), followed by a position as sales and marketing director for JFK Seafood (1998-2015), which is both a ship-owner and runs fish processing plants. 

In addition to here leadership positions, she has held diverse board positions for the past several years. Currently she is a Board member of Visit Faroe Islands, the Faroese House of Industry, Hilton Garden Inn Faroe Islands …
