Jane is of counsel in the Asset Finance group. Jane has extensive general background and structured finance experience across a variety of jurisdictions. Her experience includes drafting, negotiation and transaction management of numerous structured debt facilities (including term loans, revolving credit facilities and related security packages), operating and finance leases, US Ex-Im Bank and European ECA financings, letter of credit facilities, sale and leaseback transactions, capital markets financing structures, Islamic financing transactions and tax based leases and financings. Jane has also gained experience in contractual defaults, aircraft repossessions and contract restructurings. Clients include large financial institutions, lessors, airlines and manufacturers. Jane has worked independently both as a senior associate and consultant, and also as the lead associate of a larger team supervising and training junior and senior colleagues
